How you apply is less important than that you apply! Choose the way that works best for you. You can use the form on our job postings, send us a speculative application to jobs@cayas.de, or mail us a beautiful application portfolio.
Send us the documents that you believe give us a good overview of who you are and why you should work at Cayas. This could be an application portfolio with a cover letter on your finest stationery, or even a video. We would be very happy to receive a resume detailing your previous experience. If we think something is missing, we may ask for it.
Absolutely! Send us an email at jobs@cayas.de, telling us who you are, what you can do, and why you want to work at Cayas. We will then check if it could be a good fit.
We will confirm receipt of your application within 24 hours. You will then receive a response as soon as possible, at the latest after 3 business days.
After receiving your application, we take up to 3 business days to review your documents.
If we think we could be a good fit, we will invite you to a video call. There, we can get to know you, and more importantly, you can get to know us. We will schedule the appointment in consultation with you, usually in the week after receiving your application.
If both we and you are still of the opinion that we could be a good team, we will invite you to visit us in Minden. You will get to know our beautiful offices, you can convince yourself of the quality of our coffee and the selection of fruit, and of course, you will also get to know the team. We will, of course, also arrange this appointment in consultation with you.
After that, not much more happens. If everything fits on both sides, the contract comes next.
Our motto is "come as you are" - and we mean it. Whether in a glittery dinosaur shirt, shorts, or a suit with a pocket square, come as you feel most comfortable. Because that's how we do it here every day.
You will receive individual training within the team you join. The goal is for you to become familiar with our workflows, but also for us to get to know your working methods and experience. And of course, you will get to know the whole team.
If you have a remote position with us, you will be here with us in Minden for the first 14 days (we will, of course, take care of your accommodation). You will then return home with a lot of new impressions and a trunk full of equipment.
